These guidelines are designed to optimise your salon experience while maintaining a respectful and efficient environment for both our valued clients and our dedicated team. Guidelines for Treatment Registration: Prior to scheduling your visit, kindly ensure you have no contraindications for the procedure. In the presence of any contraindications, please book a consultation. During this session, I will carefully assess and recommend treatments that prioritise your health and cater to the specific needs of your skin.
To secure your desired time slot, please use WhatsApp or Messenger to book your appointment.
A £40 advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, and on the day of your treatment, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure.
This policy ensures a seamless and personalised experience at our salon.
The advance payment is non-refundable. Should you be delayed for your treatment by more than 15 minutes or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited, requiring a new appointment booking.
Date changes for pre-paid appointments are permitted up to 48 hours before the procedure, with a one-time modification allowance. Payments must be made either in cash or via bank transfer. Kindly arrive for treatments unaccompanied.
